As an Internet entrepreneur for about 20 years, Mark has led 3 companies from start-up with a single individual to teams of over 60. Mark is focused exclusively on capital efficient recurring revenue models combing SaaS, UI design, process management and online efficiency and productivity solutions. In 2004, along with the help of Tom Edwards (current Interim CFO), Mark as CEO and Founder, sold his organically grown, SaaS software company, Recruiting Solutions International, to then Public Company Ceridian Corp.
Surfing, sailing, snowboarding and fly fishing in saltwater are among favored activities when away from the office.
Mr. Edwards provides a blend of CFO services to Vision Local Media. Traditionally, his services range from VC financing transactions, board room presentations, audit coordination, SaaS busiuness financial modeling, exit planning, and sale-side coordination. Tom was Mark Henninger's counterpart and CFO at Recruiting Solutions International, a SaaS company providing applicant tracking services and other related software to human resource departments. Together, Mark and Tom took RSI from $500K in revenues to $8 million and subsequently the sale of RSI's in April of 2004. Tom helped managed the strategic sale of business: negotiation, presentations, due diligence, financial modeling, and ultimately the transaction worth $11mm to the company.

Andy has been architecting and developing web based applications since 1994. Since moving to Denver in 1999 he has provided contract programming for most of the top web development firms in the metro area. He joined Denver Website Designs for a two week contract in 2010 and has been shackled there ever since. When Andy is offered work release he enjoys Tennis, Golf, Snowmobiling, Skiing, Martinis, and Contemporary Art. Lead Graphic Designer & Web Developer
Jared has been working in web & print design since 2007, and was the first full-time employee at DenverWebsiteDesigns. During his time here, he's been primarily focused on front end design & development, with an emphasis on user experience. When Jared isn't analyzing hundreds of lines of cascading style sheets, he likes to spend his time in the mountains. Hiking, camping, fishing, biking, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are a few of his favorite activities - and taking photographs of everything along the way.
Graphic Designer & Web Developer
Alex moved to Colorado in 2003 to further his studies in graphic and web design. After graduating from Colorado Mountain College in 2006 he has been working professionally as a graphic and web designer in the Denver, Colorado area. In his free time Alex enjoys: reading about the latest design trends, bike riding, snowboarding, surfing, photography, and traveling.
Before joining the DWD team in 2013, Bryn completed her MBA at the University of Denver and then spent two years learning the ropes at a local tax firm. At DWD Bryn manages the Accounting & Operations departments. Bryn is passionate about guiding clients and projects through each phase of the process and enjoys being involved in many aspects of the business. Outside of the office Bryn loves traveling, skiing, volunteering with animals, attending sporting events, reading and spending time with her friends, family and new husband!
Senior Project Manager
Fairly new to Denver, Erin and her pack of animals have settled in quite well. Originally from Las Vegas, the crisp mountain air is a welcome change. After graduating from UNLV with a BA in English, Erin continued working with words as an editor and writer of online content, grant proposals, and marketing campaigns in various industries. Outside of her work, Erin enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and the arts, collecting vintage treasures, and camping at Wheeler Peak.

Emily has lived in Colorado her whole life, but hates snow. She completed her degree in Media Studies at The University of Colorado at Boulder in 2013. The majority of her experience is in marketing with startup endeavors in a wide variety of fields. In her free time, she enjoys working on her car, playing violin, and attempting to cook.
Web Design & Development
Emily is a web specialist with a background in journalism, public relations and video production. After graduating from Colorado State University with a double major in Journalism and Economics and a minor in Business Administration, she moved to New York City to work as a business journalist covering technology and international trade. After seeing opportunity in the software industry, she returned home to Colorado to develop coding skills and transition into the field of web design and development.
Customer Service & Marketing
As a Denver native, Kelsey decided to hit the road for college and found herself at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) in Lawrence, KS. After graduating with her BS in Marketing, Kelsey spent sometime in the Big Apple before moving back to Denver to spend time with her family and get back to skiing. Kelsey is passionate about digital marketing and communications and has spent time working at various start-ups and nonprofits. Recently she has become a member of Impact100 - an organization of women committed to making change in their community. She serves on the Communication Committee. On the weekends, Kelsey enjoys riding her fixie, rocking out at cycle bar, practicing yoga and eating ice cream.
